Scraffi McGraffi

After seeing one of ~NakedHotdog's drawings of a character she named her cat after it gave me the idea to draw a human version of one of my cats, Raffi. He's a little shit disturber and he's always up to shenanigans so I think the whole greaser look works. Ung, that popper collar gave me so much trouble, and I still don't think it looks right.
